Trinity Community Coalition Outreach has been in operation since 2002 and obtained 501c3 status in 2007. TCCO provides services to men, women and families who are homeless with a goal to connect with supportive services to address barriers that have limited their abilities to obtain and maintain stability. There is a public need for housing, which is largely linked to crime and poverty among youth and adults in Memphis TN and surrounding areas. TCCO has provided a food pantry, clothes closet, alcohol/substance abuse counseling and mental health resources through our capable case management team. We continue to strive for a better way of life for everyone within our reach.
