Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc is a non-profit organization established in 2002 and in 2007 we obtained our 501c3 status and expanded our focus to provide holistic family services to combat Hunger and Homelessness, Domestic Abuse, Alcohol and/or Drug Abuse, Mental Illness, Re-Entry Program servicing Men and Women, Anti-Bullying Youth Program and other holistic family services through our faith and advisory for them to spiritually, mentally and physically to become effective, productive and self-sustaining members of society.
